No. Vistara is not a sales-driven or vendor-led event. There are no sponsored pitches and no tool demos disguised as sessions. An optional AI-related offer may be shared by the E2M team, but it’s not the focus of the experience, and there’s no pressure to buy.

Event Details

When is Vistara?

Vistara runs from Monday, May 11 through Wednesday, May 13, 2026.

  • Monday, May 11:
  • Tuesday, May 12 – Wednesday, May 13:
    • Full working days
    • Vistara concludes at 5 PM on Wed., May 13

Vistara will take place at Hotel Van Zandt, 605 Davis St, Austin, Texas.

Attendees have access to a discounted hotel block at Hotel Van Zandt. The hotel reservation link is included in the Vistara confirmation email.

Vistara is a two-day conference, with optional arrival-day activities.

The core event runs Tuesday, May 12 through Wednesday, May 13.

Monday, May 11 includes:

  • An optional pre-event kayaking experience on Lady Bird Lake at 2:00 PM

  • The official Vistara Welcome Reception at 6:00 PM, where the community comes together before the main sessions begin

This structure lets you settle in, make meaningful connections early, and start the conference fully engaged.

Attendance is intentionally limited. Vistara is designed as a small, focused experience with approximately 250 agency leaders, so conversations stay useful, sessions remain interactive, and everyone has space to participate.

Sessions will be recorded. However, Vistara will not offer a livestream option, since the experience focuses on in-room discussion

Will I get recordings or materials after the event?

Some materials may be shared with attendees, but Vistara is designed as an in-person, experiential event. The primary value comes from being present, engaging with speakers and other agencies, and building your AI plan during the working sessions.

We have a simple refund policy:

  • Full refund within 24 hours of purchase
  • After 24 hours and up to 10 days before the event, we’ll gladly offer you a credit toward a future Vistara or E2M event
  • Within 10 days of the event, we’re unfortunately unable to offer refunds or credits.

No. Vistara is designed as an in-person experience. The hands-on working sessions, small-group format, and community focus require physical presence to deliver full value.
