Refund & Cancellation
Policy
We know plans change—and we want to be fair while also being able to deliver an amazing event experience.
That said, due to the nature of reserving hotel space, planning food and beverage, and securing speakers and materials in advance, we have a simple refund policy:
Full refund within 24 hours of purchase
After 24 hours and up to 10 days before the event, we’ll gladly offer you a credit toward a future Vistara or E2M event
Within 10 days of the event, we’re unfortunately unable to offer refunds or credits
